*NEW WORK*The next video that Red Peak Films produced for Harry Hatcher is now live. 'Somebody Else's Bed' was the last video we shot and was definitely the trickiest for me to light and film. After executing the other three very closely to the plans I'd started with, I began to light for this set up and found it wasn't quite working. Towards the end we were running out of time and I hadn't been able to really achieve what id set out to and so in a short space of time I had to switch things up and come up with something new. It was a big reiteration of the lesson that sticking too rigidly to a plan that isn't working can end up wasting lots of time and putting up back where you started so being able to realise this is a key skill in our game for keeping on track and getting the coverage. Nevertheless I shifted quickly and creating something quite striking that stands out from the other three. Check it out below. *NEW WORK*Had the absolute pleasure of working with Harry Hatcher on a series of four live performances all shot in one day but designed as to compliment each song's style. The first of the four 'Met You' is now out on YouTube and linked below. Harry has been a long time collaborator of ours but this is the first time we got the chance to actually sink our teeth into one of his projects and deliver something amazing. He came to us with the idea of filming four song performances in one day and we jumped at that chance and wanted to make sure each video looked amazing and professional to the standard we strive for. It was a definitely an interesting challenge with a small budget and a rather large scale of material to get in a short time but by spending extra time pre vis and planning we managed to get everything we needed without sacrificing anything. *NEW DOP WORK* A few months ago my production company Red Peak Films was approached by Nuxe Group to help create a campaign for their social media channels about female British entrepreneurs at the top of their field. Tasked with creating a series of videos about all four women we spent 1 day in London interviewing and collaborating to understand what made these women feel empowered and how Nuxe's skincare range is supportive in that aspect. Filmed all by myself without any assistants this was truly one of the most challenging and fulfilling shoots of my career, not wanting to sacrifice on quality we decided to shoot on Arri Alexa mini LF with Cooke optics to create a warm and flattering image. As skin was the focus we implemented soft front lighting and bounces with a strong backlight to separate each person and create a bright subject with a feeling of summer sun. Looking back I'm incredibly happy with what we were able to achieve especially given the challenges we faced with a tight schedule and a small crew. Like every young DOP the opportunity to learn and grow my skills was the best part and I look forward to being able to bring those new skills with me onto the next one. New DOP work for Hillier Nurseries Ltd, we coordinated 2 teams over 14 stores in the space of 4 days. Filming on Black Magic Pocket 4k cameras , gimbals and drones to create a dynamic look that could be controlled while moving freely and quickly around. With both teams filming multiple stores within one day to say this was a logistical challenge would be an understatement. However at Red Peak Films we are never one to shy away from a challenge and so working with Hillier and an incredible team we were able to create a solid working plan to capture everything needed while keeping to a reduced shooting schedule and the results speak for themselves. A massive thanks to Hillier and everyone involved.

I recently shot this music video for Single Fin with Red Peak Films and its just been released. Was an absolute pleasure and a big shout out goes to the amazing crew who made it happen.
